She explains that anxiety is a normal and necessary emotion, but when people do not have a healthy relationship with it, it can become debilitating and lead to panic attacks. Blakesley suggests that anxiety is often trying to get our attention to deal with other emotions, such as fear and guilt, that we are not addressing.
Overall, Blakesley emphasizes the importance of having a healthy relationship with our emotions and being willing to do the work to transform our lives. Her coaching approach is centered around empowering clients to access their own inner wisdom and knowledge to create positive change in their lives.
