Lux discovered his interest in advertising from a sitcom called “Who’s the Boss?” and eventually showed an interest in marketing in high school. Lux’s approach to the industry has changed since he first got into it. While he initially worked on the client side in marketing departments, he did not want to pigeonhole himself into the construction industry, where he started his career. Now, as the president and founder of Lux Media Solutions, Lux navigates the changing landscape of society, government, business, and economics, which is one of the biggest challenges he has faced.
Lux overcame a specific failure he encountered when he started Lux Media Solutions by forming strong partnerships in the first year of business to expand his services beyond consulting to include media, pay per click, SEO, web, creative branding, and more. Lux maintained resilience and motivation during tough times due to the birth of his son and the pandemic, as well as his desire to prove to himself that he could do things his way. He measures success in his business by creating value for clients and building long-term partnerships.
